Wanted to go to the pool, checked the online time table and went to the correct time and slot to find out the pool was not only shut early, but the schedule they went by in the gym was completely different to the one online. Not only that but when I notified staff they said they knew and its been like that for a while and that they were working on it, Although in reality this would be a very simple thing to fix, so how come youve known about it for a while and its still a problem? Also, when I signed up, one of the staff members was quite unhelpful, telling me to sign up online even though the system was not working, and insisted I do it that way even though I showed them that it was not working, and I knew they could easily do it from their computers. This went on for a while until another member of staff came by and just sorted the issue out and signed me up from their system in a couple of minutes. Barring the good staff member, customer service is quite appalling.
