I recently purchased wings from KFC and was disappointed to find that I did not receive ketchup with my order, despite having requested it. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue at KFC. While the wings were tasty, the lack of ketchup made the meal less enjoyable. I hope KFC can improve their attention to detail and customer service in the future

Today we were dining in and saw that two stuff (one lady and a counter guy) was behaving horrendously with a customer just because her kid wanted to use the toilet! They were very rude and and unprofessional while dealing with her, the lady who was at the back behind the counter was so abusive and harsh with the customer that I cannot even explain in words!!! They need to change their stuffs and only keep people who can be professional with the job and behave decently with customers
