Had my bathroom redone by Snippi and it looks amazing, very happy with the work! Would highly recommend them and will be getting them for future work.

I was recommended this company by a close friend, they also had work done in their home. Snippi decorators renovated my mother's bathroom, they've done an excellent job and we are using them again on our wc downstairs, they are very respectful and worked very clean and tidy.

I couldn't recommend Snippi enough. James and his team were a delight to work with. We've worked with builders before, and James goes above and beyond in all aspects of his work. We lived in the house during the renovations, which is not easy under any circumstance, however, James was always conscientious, cleaned up at the end of every day, and of course, produced quality workmanship. James and his team made our back door much larger, installing a new lintel; they renovated our bathroom to the highest standard, and were very easy to work with and make recommendations and adjustments; they also completed electrical work and plastering throughout the house, and tiled our hall (where other builders had failed) and did joinery work throughout the house. James was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout, advising us on different aspects of the work and making intelligent recommendations. We felt very at ease throughout the process. James and Megan were very easy to communicate with, and we felt like the house was in a safe pair of hands - not an easy accomplishment. We will be doing further work to our house next year, and won't hesitate to book them again, or to recommend them to anyone else doing work!

We have lived in many countries and renovated many many properties over the last 20 years We had to renovate a property in London which consisted of changing the internal layout of the flat as well as completely gutting the property Renovating a property in London is always more complicated particularly when that property is a flat as gaining permissions to complete the work along with ensuring neighbors are engaged and lifts are used correctly is not at all straightforward We would not have been able to complete this without using Snippi Their ability to work with us on the design and navigating the approval process was invaluable they were flexible and creative with solutions as we went through what turned out to be a much more complex renovation than initially anticipated The quality of their work is second to none and they are knowledgeable and professional whilst at the same time hitting the agreed timelines Due to Covid we had to do some of the work remotely as we could not be on site however they ensured we were kept up to speed with progress and planned ahead to ensure decisions were made in a timely fashion They have all of the necessary skills required to complete major works and are incredibly tidy and organized On top of this they were great value for money and came in on budget Easily the best contractor we have worked with over the last two decades I cannot recommend them enough

Awful, incompetent company, avoid at all costs. They walked out half way through the job with no warning, leaving us with no kitchen and no sink just before Christmas. The whole kitchen floor was bouncy due to flooring badly laid on an uneven base, despite us paying over 1k for them to level it in its entirety. It meant the flooring needed to be pulled up and rebought and the screed needed redoing as it wasn't level. When we got new builders in to complete the work, they found the electrics done by SDR needed redoing. The floor levelling they begrudgingly redid before walking out was so badly done that it could be lifted up like a carpet and needed to be completely removed in order to be done properly. This situation was clearly to do with their level of competence not being up to the job despite being given a full run down of the job months earlier, and rather than try to fix their poor work it was easier for them to walk out. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work they carried out, their poor communication and lack of empathy that means they are happy to walk out on customers with no warning. All we asked was that they redid work that was clearly bad quality, they acted in a childlike manner and walked out. I hope this review helps someone avoid the horrible situation we were left in by them.
