Legacy Fitness

I reached out to Sam to help me loose weight and get fitter, I was so nervous and completely out my comfort zone having never done anything other than try to hide myself away in big over populated gym. Worried that I wouldnt be able to do what they asked or that I wouldnt keep up, both Sam and Carl made me feel at ease and gave me alternate exercises if I struggled and soon I realised there was nothing to be anxious about and now I genuinely look forward to my sessions. All members I have met have been so lovely, very friendly and cheer me on when I need encouragement! With Sam, Carl and the members they really have made me feel like I am part of their family. Becoming a member of Legacy Fitness was one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I would recommend to anyone to join.

Legacy fitness is so much more than a gym. It is an amazing community of likeminded people. An empowering environment to achieve the goals that you set out for yourself with the help and encouragement of Sam and Carl. Their knowledge and training is outstanding and they really care about everyone who trains with them. I did no exercise at all in 2020 and I can definitely say Im now addicted! I love training and I am loving seeing the results even more. I really cant rate them highly enough. Thank you Sam for creating something so unique and different from anything else out there.

Its not just a gym . Its a way of life . Seriously great people who will make the gym experience something to look forward to rather than fear . Ive been a client since 2015 and can honestly recommend Sam and Carl for helping you on your lifestyle journey

So nearly a year ago I used to get out of bed and groan at the pains in my knees as I walked down the stairs. Almost a year after joining this gym I can now get out of bed and run down those stairs (I did that yesterday). This is not your normal gym. My journey is going to be long but for the first time I can honestly say I understand a lot more about nutrition and fitness. Sam is amazing and I promise you, you will not find a better, more supportive trainer. He listens to you. He actually listened to your story. He works with you to get you to reach your goals. He makes them realistic and actually achievable long term. This is most definitely not your normal gym - but you wont find out until you try. This, from a 54 year old overweight mum - but for the first time I see myself differently now and I can see my way now. #agymforpeoplewhohategyms #notyournormalgym
