        Poor customer service. Damp issue in the new property on the joint wall with the neighbour. ST Modwen did not even care to come out and investigate the problem, they offered a one year warranty. Rust between the window, requested to replace the damaged part but apart from polishing, they are not willing to replace it. I have been advised that the rust will appear again if its only polished. Unhelpful customer service. Not to mention the wobbly staircase, they fixed it after 4 months chasing.

        Going to be a lovely estate or great houses. Great location to town access to countryside and roads. Great schools nearby.
