In my late 50s I had moved house and needed to keep fit and meet some new people, I contacted the lovely funny welcoming Sue at RFF who told me about her run and exercise classes. The best overall aspect is that in all the classes you work at your own pace so you never need to feel you are not fit enough to join. It doesnt matter from what level you start from you will all end up at the same point and time as the others. I can tell the difference in my fitness and strength already. Exercising outdoors is so much better with Sue and the lovely people that attend .

Sue (our whistleblower) is such a lovely lady always there for everyone and so encouraging, all the other ladies in the groups too are wonderful to run/walk and chat with. If you are thinking of doing it but feel you wouldnt fit in or hold others up, please just contact Sue and you will wished youd done it earlier.

Having reached a point where I had given up with exercise/ dieting all together, I knew it was time to take the plunge and get back on track! From the first new client introductory session with Sue, she made me feel comfortable and helped me to set realistic and sustainable goals. I opted to trial the HIIT & run class once a week, combined with personal training once a week and have not looked back since. Having insisted that I would never be a great runner, Sue has tailored the sessions to include a wide variety of activities in addition to helping me with my running technique. She always has new exercises for me to try so that I never get bored and is constantly supportive, even when I feel like giving up! Overall, I cannot recommend Sue enough, she really goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals and always does so with a smile on her face!

Absolutely brilliant! I could not recommend Run Fit Fordingbridge enough, Sue has been so supportive and motivating in helping me reach my goals of 10k and half marathon. Sue goes above and beyond with her support and planning, and is also very flexible which is great when injuries come into play. If you do get injured, her sports massages are also great and really did the trick when I injured my leg.

I loved getting fitter with Sue and Run Fit Fordingbridge. I met loads of lovely people and made new friends :-) Also, the sports massage really ironed out some tangled and tense muscles. Im super grateful to Sue for her gentle persuasion and kind approach- she does coax the best out of people
