        Lovely pub, nice staff but food was disappointing. The Carbonara had far too much garlic. Took all the flavour away. The chef obviously likes garlic as the soup of the day was broccoli and garlic!! Also the kids menu seemed quite expensive at 9.50 for the quality and size of portions.

        Stopped in for a drink, friendly welcome and good selection of drinks. Outside areas could do with a bit of TLC but otherwise great pub.

        Just had a lovely meal at The George at Fordingbridge. I don't normally post about meals out but had to as it was delicious. The service was great and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. l would highly recommend this family friendly pub.
