Absolutely shocking service! Words barely describe what a shower their service & attitude is.... You give them weeks to prepare your prescription, you go in to collect and it's like they've never heard of you, and spend 10 minutes looking for your details. When they eventually discover you exist they say your prescription is elsewhere. They reluctantly agree to deliver it and take almost a week to day so. And when you open your prescription you find that the whole months worth of your most important medication is missing. Do they tell you this? Or what they are doing to get this to you? No, they leave you wondering and having to chase them in vein. I have to wonder whether the pharmacist knows that a patient shouldn't miss days of certain medication, let alone weeks of it. If you don't take medication for stress and anxiety, you soon will when dealing with this shower! Absolutely hopeless, and they don't care, they have the monopoly since the other pharmacy closed, and don't they know it... I'm tempted to give up taking any medication than deal with these clowns, it would be preferable to the current state of play.

Was good my prescription was ready bagged and waiting only to told that they could not give as the Pharmacist was at lunch until 2-15 the sign said 2. Dont understand this only that having 0 competition in town leads to poor service
