Fantastic taekwondo club, family friendly. Perfect for gaining confidence whilst learning a martial art, a huge range of ages throughout all the classes, and a very comfortable environment to train in .. I've been a student for just over a year now (starting at the age of 34) and I love it, it has done wonderful things for my confidence and will to do so as I work towards gaining my black belt.

I've been training at Stephen Lamberth's Taekwondo & Self Defence Schools for nearly 7 years and would highly recommend to anybody, regardless of age, gender or ability. The clubs have a fantastic, friendly atmosphere and although the classes are taught in a disciplined manner, they are fun for all the family.

A great opportunity to learn taekwondo in a friendly atmosphere, Stephen is a 5th Dan Black belt and a wonderful instructor. You could be a black belt in 5 years if you put in the effort, and what you will learn will reward you in unexpected ways; it's not just about learning a martial art, it's about getting fit, pushing yourself and increasing your self confidence. Highly recommended.

A great family orientated club. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Instructors are all enthusiastic and knowledgeable. A great place to learn a martial art and keep fit at the same time.
