        The really helpful and friendly team at Homeseptic did an exceptional job replacing our damaged septic tank system with a modern sewage treatment plant. Their knowledge and experience were clear from the outset, and they were clear on what work needed to happen, what it would cost and when it could be done. The work was then done as described, to time and cost. But what set the team apart for me was the exceptional communication and commitment to customer service. I had many questions about the solution, and we had an impacted neighbour who had a number of concerns, but Andy, Brad and Sammy worked through the solution with us patiently, knowledgably and confidently.
