Our Parish Council ordered a data device in August and we still have not had it. Excuse after excuse and the worst customer service ever. We will also be taking legal action in the new year if the product or refund does not appear Words fail me how awful this has been. Would never recommend

Do not touch.. very poor service.. chased up for delivery date and kept getting told next week next week.. now months later have ordered elsewhere and still havent had refund. They have numerous CCJs which they have not satisfied. I am surprised they are still trading.

Not Even worth 1 star. Lies, deceit . Never pay unless by pay pal or credit card for refund Every call and email ignored when they answer they say its on its way. Was posted last week Been shut down by track and trace They should of been sent out last week. Be back to you in 5 minutes. Works shop too hot to cut Courier did not show Will be with you tomorrow without fail x 10 What has come has come wrong Do not want to know How they are still in business is beyond me !!! The worst most incredibly bad buying experience I have ever had. Not had what I paid for Given up and decided to pay again somewhere else ! Do yourself a favour and keep well clear. !!!!!!! Complete and utter woffle

Absolutely appalling, . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They took 900 off me for a sign they never produced. I was fobbed off with excuses for 3 months and when I cancelled the order they refused to refund me until I started a court case against them. They never answered any messages or emails and never once informed me about the progress, or lack of progress with my order. They are an absolute disgrace.

AVOID!!! Placed an order, made several calls & emails to follow this up and was consistently fobbed off. Absolutely abysmal service & a waste of my time. This was simply a repeat order too........agree with the other poor comments!
