Review update October 21: Some good improvements instore (under new local management) but still subject to supply issues with occasional empty shelves in different sections of the store (e.g. no bread delivery one day recently, and some freezers empty). Staff are hardworking and friendly though the self-checkouts are notoriously bad and often unattended - so end up being far from a quick way to check out! Review update: July 2021: Empty shelves in most departments. Today there were no biscuits, crisps, cereal, bottled water. I know it's a problem in many supermarkets as a result of a delivery drivers shortage because of Brexit the pingdemic, but this store store is a jumbled mess. Floors are dirty, big stock trolleys are abandoned everywhere and unattended. Multiple fridge and freezer doors permanently stuck open. Self checkouts unattended and some not working. This is a very neglected store. 2 very modest carrier bags of food and a bill for 30. Thank goodness the staff are friendly. Expensive. Waitrose prices with coop quality. Poor stock levels and generally disappointing. Staff can be friendly. Suitable for top up shops but better to get veg in the local greengrocers. The last time I went to get some vegan/vegetarian products from their fridge section for some visiting relatives it was completely empty. No explanation.
