Never having had acupuncture before and not really knowing an awful lot about it, trapped nerves in my knees weren't responding to medical treatment and I was recommended to try acupuncture. I haven't looked back. There was an unbelievable improvement after only the first session. Despite some preconceptions the whole procedure is entirely painless, very relaxing and enjoyable. Jo has a friendly, yet professional personality and I look forward to each appointment and the benefit derived.

Jo was very professional and made me feel at ease straight away. I was seen within a week of contacting Jo for severe morning sickness. After 5 sessions Im now sickness free and I feel like I owe her everything. I went in at my first session hating life and finished session 5 like I was on cloud. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I will be heading back at 37 weeks to prep for more acupuncture for labour. Jo is such a lovely lady and I have recommended her to lots of people. I didnt realise acupuncture would cover so many things.

Jo helped my daughter immensely with period pain - the results were remarkable and I can definitely recommend her. She has a refreshingly kind but no nonsense approach and is extremely skilled and competent in her practice.
