        I had a large leak from my heating system, I requested a plumber and was told he would be with me between 12 and 5pm, he didn't arrive. I then had a call from someone at the call centre telling me he was running late and could he try the day after between 12 and 5pm again. Once again he did not turn up. I waited 10 hours in total for a plumber. Poor service. Not impressed.

        Peter came out to quote on a job, someone else's work, which had not worked for 4 years. He was out to quote in 48hrs, and emailed a copy of the work agreed with prices which was really nice. Booked in to do work within 5 days. Turned up promptly, and carried out work efficiently.Another fault was found, quoted and fixed within 2 days. Heating for the 1st time in 4yrs is now working at 100%, the house is noticeably warmer. he is now quoting for a bathroom refit. Very happy with work carried out.
