Fletchers Farm Riding School

This is by far the best riding school I've been to, and I've been to several over a 30yr period of riding. The instructors are soo nice and knowledgeable. Have taught me a new way of riding. Got to say Beverly who answers the phone, always makes my day. Love talking to her, she's always happy and brightens my day Great stables and great team

i dont wish to leave a negative rating since we have not actually used their services. but I would like to share a customer service experience without prejudice. from us: "My son and his cousin were given gift vouchers at Christmas for a lesson each. Voucher number xxxxx.I am aware that these have expired but the family were self-isolating throughout most of year due to medical issues within the adults. The children are really keen to use their vouchers, will it be possible to book a session please?" from them: "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately as you mention in your email these vouchers have expired and are no longer valid. Kind regards FFRS Team" end of message. probably like others in a similar position as us that could not use vouchers over during this period, we had some that expired. in all other cases, for us, the vendor either honoured the voucher or agreed to fulfill for a marginal fee reflective of any increase in cost of service. this was the exception. a binary response. just something to bear in mind if you are considering buying vouchers as a gift from here.

Our 5 year old comes regularly for a tots ride to get him ready for proper lessons. Cant fault a thing. Super friendly and helpful staff!

My daughter Sophia has been attending weekly lessons at fletchers farm for the past year and absolutely loves it. The staff are always very friendly and professional and the ponies are adorable with lovely natures and personalities. Sophia has recently joined the pony club they run on Tuesdays and Fridays and she is gaining so much confidence, making new friends whilst learning all about pony care. They also run pony days and activities during the school holidays which have been a lot of fun to attend. I can highly recommend this riding school.
