        Excellent customer service. Had a few issues with my loft hatch / ladders and grab rails (these things happen to anyone). I emailed photos the following day and spoke to their sales team. Very helpful and absolutely no quibbling. The following day replacements arrived and all is now perfect. Very pleased with my experience with LoftCentre.co.uk

        I'm posting before I've even received my loft ladders as the sales service from Andrew Tocher has been exceptional. Knowledgeable, patient and prompt. Thank you for all your help as it has made purchasing the best ladders for our needs a simple and easy process. A note to other customers not on the mainland delivery to Northern Ireland was very reasonable and as we know that is not always the case.
