I get Pallant are new and learning, but there are cowboy builders and then there's these guys. The ultimate cowboy builders, the John Wayne of builders.

For three years now we have asked them over and over to fix the drains. Sometimes our house smells of sewage. It makes me feel physically sick and i get headaches. We have had to live alongside this smell for years and Pallant refuses to do anything about it. The smell is so bad we sometimes have to tape up the bathroom doors and we are embarrased to have guest around.
We are expecting a new born in the coming weeks and i told Jason many months ago that we can not have this smell with a new born. But jason did was jason always does and walks away and ignores all contact after.
Half of the road constantly suffer with blocked drains and even drainage problems that extend to the lawns and cause flooding. Yet they keep telling us it's our fault. I have had their workers call me a c**t because of the issue and even had a preschool lesson from them as what we should and shouldn't be putting down the drain.
We are now in the process of seeking legal advice and contacting the consumer code.
