        I found Kim after years of trying different therapists for sports massage. Kim is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She spent a long time assessing me and doing all sorts of muscle tests. The treatment itself was amazing, she really helped the pain I was in. She explained everything to me and gave me exercises and stretches to do at home.

        Went to Massage Works in Dunmow yesterday, I've struggled to find a really good sports massage before and being a marathon runner, I need regular massages. Search over, Kim was brilliant yesterday. She covered all of the major muscles in my legs, front and back. Kim is very strong, meaning I got the amount of pressure I needed, I think she could apply even more if I requested it. The massage wasn't rushed, probably went slightly over the hour I paid for, but Kim was more focused on the job than the time, which is definitely not the case with other massages. Really pleased with the money spent yesterday and will definitely be going back.
