NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVELLING Booked one night to have a warm room and a bath, because our boiler had broken. The woman who let us in was incredibly rude. She was so nasty. Told us her dog would probably attack one of our dogs because she is so small! The ROOM was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING, even though they knew what time we were arriving. The lights were hanging out of ceiling in the bathroom so we couldn't even have a bath. FINALLY NO LOCK ON BEDROOM DOOR, SO VERY DANGEROUS!! How were we supposed to sleep in a cold room with no lock, is beyond me! Never in a hospitality setting have I been spoken to the way this woman spoke to us. She stormed out of the bedroom and slammed the door, because we were confused about there being no way to lock it. Seeing as both guests were female, that was never going to be an option. They also advertise having table-tennis, so we mentioned we could possibly play that whilst waiting for her husband to fix the bathroom lights, and all she said was, "Good luck, it's even colder in there"!! So we left, got a takeaway and went back home to our cold, but very welcoming home 40 mins away. STAY HERE AT YOUR PERIL!!

Needed a place we could stay with our dog as she was having cataract surgery at the specialist vets in Leominster - Wickton Court is less than a ten minute drive away. Its quiet, comfortable, clean and welcoming. We had to leave earlier than anticipated and Steph insisted on sending us away with a packed breakfast, which was gratefully accepted. We will definitely stay again if were ever back in the area. Thank you!
