Went for a midweek break to visit the Yorkshire coast. Peaceful site, lovely owners and the facilities, though only two toilets and one shower, more than adequate and kept spotless. Will definitely go back.

Very nice people. Very clean site. Good pricing. Regular visitor. Shame there aren't more footpaths and bridleways. But that's not worth taking a star for.

Excellent spot for a few nights in a clean, spacious plot with a very nice shower and toilet block. Horses grazed next to the caravan and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Not to mention the great chip shop round the corner and the chance to see some gorgeous coast line including Bempton cliffs and the puffins, with even more in Flanborough cliffs. Close to beautiful Scarborough and a short drive to Ravenscar where we saw the seals and walked along the beach to Robinshood bay and back along the cliffs along the Cleveland way. Will certainly be back!

Pleasant site with plenty of space between pitches. I would agree with other reviews that the site is well kept and clean but add a couple of points. Next to the site is a quarry which is noisy from about 7.30am until 4.30pmish on weekdays. Not a problem if you are up and out though. Not the owners fault but the electric shower can have low pressure especially when an adjacent toilet is flushed. Not a problem really unless you are the type to get sandy or muddy!
