Rupals pregnancy and post-natal yoga was amazing - it was the best way to keep my body mobile whilst pregnant, and get back mobility after birth. Rupals friendly, welcoming and gentle approach also really helped relaxation and made the classes really enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I joined Rupal's mum and yoga class and cannot recommend her highly enough. Having never been to a yoga class before and having my 4 month old baby with me, I was a little nervous but Rupal is incredibly warm and welcoming and put me completely at ease. She gave me really helpful advice and tips on getting the most from my yoga practise and I enjoyed the course so much I'll be doing another term! Thanks so much Rupal.

I had some sleep issues and heard yoga might help. I found Rupal and had some 1-1 sessions. Shes a brilliant teacher. Kind, patient and very intuitive. She taught me a before bed practice that calms my nervous system and sets me up for a restful sleep. Cant recommend her highly enough.

This was a one of a kind yoga course. Beautifully facilitated by Rupal, the course enabled me to get in touch with my own breath, like never before. As well as enjoying a slow, calming yoga class each week, I learnt a lot about yoga practice, and how I am able to engage with yoga on a deeper level. Rupal is very calm and supportive, and created the perfect atmosphere for the class (even though I was watching her on a screen in own living room!) Highly recommended if you need some peaceful, me time.

Rupal's yoga classes are the perfect antidote to the chaos in the world right now. Her compassion and thoughtfulness is so needed for anxious bodies and minds. Her authentic, intuitive guidance uses routines that can easily be incorporated into a daily self-care practice. Rupal caters for all levels and places great care and attention on each asana which supports the development of a solid grounding practice that can be called upon whenever you need to return to balance. A wonderful nurturing teacher-highly recommend!
