Vets are all expensive, so we don't really want to use them. But Barrow Hill are very convenient, helpful, friendly, reassuring and are usually easy to book an appointment with. Thank you.

After having a bad experience a few years ago at the New Romney branch, we were reluctant to take our dogs back. But we had to get them checked before having flea medication. One of our dogs shows nervous aggression but yesterday the lovely gentleman vet we saw was brilliant. He could see the dogs were nervous so he was careful and considered their fears. As a consequence all three dogs were well behaved and didn't need any form of restraint, muzzle etc. We are now confident to return whenever needed.

Went into the dog's annual check and vacc visit. The vet we have seen before was friendly and professional.

After explaining the details of my poorly cat, the vet kindly gave us her time, before afternoon surgery began. She was gentle, caring and we are very grateful - thanks!
