Pet Moves Abroad

I moved from the US to the UK for work and wanted to travel with my cat in the cabin with me (not checked in the cargo hold), Pet Moves helped me get from the Paris airport to my destination in the UK. I was picked up promptly from the airport and our travel went very smoothly. My driver, Marcel, was phenomenal and very welcoming. Mira also facilitated communication and was very helpful in terms of following up on travel details beforehand and checked in with me later to confirm I arrived at my final destination. Overall, a very kind, professional, and effective team!

Great experience! Both Mira and Pino were amazing, the communication was fast and although i had to cancel in the last moment because of visa problem, they were able to give me another date just a few days after the resolution of the problem. Pino is a great driver and a fun person to spend the drive with, so that even 7 hours go by very fast. I highly recommend their services!

I have used the pet taxi service, from France to Folkestone in the channel tunnel. I am not one to leave reviews in general but I really feel that Pet Moves Abroad deserve this excellent feedback!! I used their services back in March to get our little 15 weeks old beagle Hugo across the channel tunnel. I was very apprehensive as to how it would go, if the puppy would be comfortable, etc but my fear never materialised as it was an absolutely seamless service. From the quote, to collecting my puppy the communication was so efficient and friendly! And then the driver himself was amazing!! There were an issue with my puppy paperwork and they did everything in their power to ensure my puppy would make the crossing!! Superb, efficient and compassionate service is what you will receive from this great team!! Thank you Mira and the team!! Hugo is very happy with us in London!!

Travelling with your beloved pet cross border is not simple. Nor straightforward. There is a lot of paperwork and deadlines you need to meet. That's why Barry was so important in our relocation, he helped clear up any doubts and knew the process inside out. He was on hand to guide us as needed with importing our dog into the UK from the US via France. He picked us up from Orly Airport in a really nice vehicle, and drove us for 4 hours to Calais (w Pup breaks) before aiding the Immigration and Pet Reception process. Before we knew it we were in the UK! I'd highly recommend Barrry and Pet Moves for any relocation of pets you need to do.

We used Pet Moves Abroad to move our cats to London. Dealing with Mira while we organized everything went very smoothly. She was patient and friendly. The driver (Pino) picked us up promptly at the set time in Belgium, guided us through all the crossing procedures and was very friendly and professional. I was very nervous booking it all and worried about our cats and their passports so it was so nice to be able to leave the driving, directions and timing to someone else! I hope I never have to move our cats to another country again but if I do, I'll definitely call Pet Moves Abroad again!
