The checkout operator never offered to pack my bag so I had to leave my crutches resting against the back of the checkout area and one slipped and fell over. Being a former food retail Duty Manager I would always expect staff too offer assistance. Sadly that was not forthcoming on my visit and previous visits if I'm alone.
