Only 2 stars. The store itself was tidy I'll grant you that. However having 6 members of staff down the 1st aisle talking in two different groups is just a huge NO NO and being from a retail management background myself I know it's wrong on every level. Then we come to pay and the checkout operator was a young female and no hello or how are you. Which doesn't cost anything interaction with customers is paramount in retail especially as so many different options available to customers. Well I wont be bothering all your staff again so can stand around talking or be rude too customers as much as you like as I won't be one of them
