        My partner and I have had our first float and cryotherapy this weekend and it was amazing. The float was a great start to the weekend, getting us into a totally zen state and relaxing us of all the stresses of the week! Then we came back for cryotherapy the next morning! All the staff are really friendly and helpful - taking lots of time to explain the experience and benefit. We will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend.

        My first ever Cryo session! It was amazing & I will definitely be going back for more! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Lovely clean premises. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend it.

        What an amazing experience. I was recommended by my son to try flotation therapy at this place. It was soo relaxing! Like lying in the most comfortable mattress ever! Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was the most relaxing hour Ive had in such a long time. Ive already booked up for the next one. I would recommend trying flotation at 7Cryo to everyone.
