You people really need customer service training as your staff dont have a clue and appear very rude! also if you offer a menu then at least sell what is on it.... clueless at best!

Very quiet. No other customers. Tried margarita slices for a change. Just cheese and tomato sauce on limp bread . Cheesy bites not like they look in picture , soggy and limp. Disappointed. Shall stick to subs next time. Vegetarian options: Good vege options, as long as you make sure they change their gloves after meat customers

The worst customer service ever- woman didnt even look up when I Came- I asked her and without a courteous word she told another to deal with me. None of them eve smile except the thin short lady did today. This woman Fatima- claimed to be the owner and being owner somehow leads her to think she can be rude, shout and be dismissive of whomever she chooses. As a just east driver I only asked if get a discount as we do in other subways and her response was beyond credible. Too many times Ive hear dissatisfied customers, extremely slow service, sometimes I wait for 45 minutes and am patient with them but today this woman has topped the list of the worst customer service Ive ver. Shouting at me and ride for no reason - they should no better.
