Nurseplus Folkestone - Homecare & Live-in Care Service

Appalling service to date. Father-in-law is a new client. First day turned up over an hour late in the morning then turned up an hour and 45 minutes early in the evening. No communication unbale to get hold of anyone at Folkestone branch. 2nd day dur at 1015am it is now 11.21 and still no nurse / carer and again no communication. Managed to get hold of someone at Dover branch who advised he was next call and would be around 1140am. These morning calls are to help him get out of bed and get dressed, washed and have breakfast. At present cannot recommend this company and would advise to avoid.

I've worked for nurse plus for a few years now. We've had our ups and downs, but, like any family, we work it out. I have been well supported by everyone. I really enjoy my job and feel I make a real difference to the people we support. Everyone is so friendly and listen to each other. We laugh together, we cry together. One really good team.

I joined nurse plus just after turning 18 and had no clue what to expect. I was met with an amazing support system within the management team and by the amazing girls I work with. I have honestly made friends for life, who have become like a family, and cannot express how grateful I am for every opportunity I have had while with nurse plus. My whole view upon life has changed since working with our most vulnerable and has shaped me into a better person. I could not recommend enough working for nurse plus.
