        Not very professional attitude towards new costumers, very rude. Rental we viewed was in very poor condition and foal smell. The property hadn't been checked since the last tenant left. Definitely won't be going ahead with this estate agents in the future.

        Please people whatever you do. DO NOT USE this woman. She is rude, unresponsive to requests and has misappropriated funds from the management of the block of privately owned flats. Use at your own risk. You have been warned.

        As owners of a flat in a small block of 5 flats in Hythe we have employed EPM for a number of years and couldn't wish for a more helpful managing agent. Melita Godden, who runs the business, is an extremely nice lady and we have always received excellent service. Her integrity is beyond question. We have no hesitation in giving EPM 5 stars
