Coast and County Lets have been managing the lettings of our properties for over fifteen years now and overall they do an excellent job, in sometimes very difficult and delicate circumstances. Further more we have always found them to be both humane and considerate, courteous and kind. They go out of their way to keep us properly informed and updated of the legal liabilities. They also often go out of their way to find sensible and efficient solutions to difficulties and perhaps most importantly they account for and forwards the rent due promptly.

This company have managed my residential properties for over 5 years now. I have always found them reliable and helpful. I recently asked them to manage one of my HMO's for me and was surprised at how well they managed to run it. So much so that I have now started the process of terminating my contract with a so called 'HMO Specialist' and will transfer them all to Coast And Country. Keep up the good work
