        Oooooohhhh what a feelingggg, there's a hole celling. Ooooooohhh the carpet in WHSmith is so old it's peeling, while I was in there they caught somebody stealing.

        Does not open at 8:30 on a Saturday. Nobody there, parcel machines were off. Shop staff confirmed the Post Office opens at 9. That's also what it says for morning opening time every day on the sign in the window.

        they have many counters however only one counter is being manned and the rest are shut. queue is extending almost to the entrance so if youre not prepared to wait for 1hr+ to post something this is a waste of time. no organisation, lack of staff and not ideal for main post office in town. the one in cheriton is much better.

        It would work better if it could be separated from WH Smith. The Post Office and W. H. SMITH are both fine institutions but both suffer from being amalgamated.
