Alistair Humphreys I have used Central Engineering for many years and they have always provided excellent service. Their Customer Service and engineering is second to none. They have recently revived a door mirror from my Reliant Scimitar. The workmanship and restorative chrome plating is exceptional.

Excellent service from start to finish... I had 3 headlight reflectors done to ensure I had a perfect pair and really impressed with the results on all 3. Would highly recommend.

I recently had 2 headlamp reflectors refinished by Chrome Restoration Specialist. The work carried out was very good. The problem I had was with the customer service. When I first contacted them they conveniently forgot to mention that the lead time was 6 to 8 weeks. When the work was completed they did not contact me to arrange for payment and the return of the parts they waited until I had contacted them to be told that the work was completed however they would not give me any indication of when I could pay and they would despatch the parts. After several frustrating phone calls I gave up and drove to Folkestone and collected the parts. I would not recommend or use this company again because of the poor communication and customer service.

was a bit anoyed they carried out the work without me saying to go ahead when i got a new winch instead of getting the old re-chromed, and it took a long time to get done. but now i have received it i am now happy they went ahead with it and did the work. Thank you. Superp finished result.
