First time ordering from this one but very satisfied! I ordered something wrong so called to correct it which appeared no trouble for these guys. Really welcoming when I got there and was very happy with the service and the food! Deffo ordering again (:

Absolutely disgusting, I made an order over the phone, I asked to pay by card so they send me a link through my text message. After paying for the food it comes up with a big banner saying cancelled. I call the Kabab Shop they say they havent received the money even though it has left my bank account. They told me not to worry and that they will cook the food and send it as long as I can show the delivery driver that the money has left my bank account which I said was acceptable and thank them. An hour later I get a phone call to say they havent received the money and they are not cooking the food. They give me a helpline number call FOOD HUB and say they will sort this out for you bear in mind. The money has left my bank account. I was then put through to a very rude and inconsiderate individual who didnt want to help whatsoever and said that I will be lucky if the money returned to my bank in 3 to 5 days.
