Stuart at Hide has opened my eyes on things about my physical health and learned behaviour that Ive never found out about from a sports physio, a personal trainer, or masseuses previously. He took the time to really understand me like no one else ever has. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he can explain in laymans terms what the prognosis is. He has made a huge impact on my health, my well-being, and hopefully my health and fitness going forward. Ill always be eternally grateful for his kind, considered, and intelligent professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I've had a bunch of trouble with the NHS not diagnosing my issues and Stuart went above and beyond to help me get it all sorted. He's also an incredibly skilled therapist, and his work has done me a world of good. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, but especially to anyone like me with hypermobility or just a generally complicated medical history! Easily the best of the few genuinely compassionate and skilled medical professionals I've had the pleasure of being seen by.
