What a joke of a pharmacy, put in a request for a prescription via the doctors the week before xmas, but due to being away and illness was unable to collect. Went in to collect the prescription on the 13 the Jan, waiting 40 mins just to be served as there were just 2 people in the pharmacy, to be told that the prescription hadnt even been printed off and was told it would be another 20 mins before it was ready. Advised i couldnt wait as have already been stood there for nearly an hour and asked that they were ready for collection the next day. Went in on the 14th Jan, waited for another 40mins to be served, again not ready and had to wait for the prescription to be filled. My advice is to change pharmacists, they don't acknowledge you or apologise when you have been stood there for 40 mins, seriously this was run better when it was owen by Sainsbury's, please employ more staff and stop us all having a nightmare when trying to get vital medication

I am.leaving a five star review so that the remaining staff might get the treatment they deserve - kindness and respect! There are problems in the supply chain, there are problems in the NHS/GP system. These make us anxious and stressed but that doesn't excuse the behaviour of some towards those trying their best to serve us! Yes, I had to wait, do my shopping and then queue uo the second time, but I got what I needed. The person who served me looked exhausted. She had used part of her break for a nap. She told me that staff had left because of the abuse dealt out to them. The pharmacy is down to three permanent staff and locum pharmacists. That is the consequence of customers behaving in a way which they would find hard if they were on the receiving end. Many seem to have forgotten how to show kindness and respect to others. Please Lloyd's management get a grip before you have to close the branch because no one is left to staff it. And customers get a grip. The staff aren't creating the problems. But our behaviour can either make things easier or not. So please, if this applies to you, try to be kind! Thank you.

I have quite a large repeat prescription I always take it in to the doctors on a Monday, hopeing it will be ready by Friday. It is never ready, and not once have I ever received a complete prescription, there is always something missing. I sometimes have to wait for items almost up to the time when the next prescription is due. I have to visit Lloyds 3or 4 or 5 times until I get a complete prescription the staff are always helpful and I don't think it is their fault they do their best. I just think that this country has gone to the dog's, we are no better than a third world country now God help my grandchildren.

Seems poorly run to be honest. They just let queues build and build with no updates to those waiting etc. I'm not sure why everyone packs the prescriptions up, keep one on the till, giving accurate time updates when they pop a new request in, move that person to the side, serve the next one. Waited 40 minutes for some OTC medicine because they had two people doing prescriptions full time in the back AND the person serving would also go and pack prescriptions when one came in. Madness

Hopelessly understaffed. Long queues without any attempt at control. I joined the end of the queue, waited for 30 minutes only to find someone else had started their own queue in another direction and I was wasting my time! AND NOW they appear to be shut indefinitely with prescriptions waiting to be picked up - including mine! Management want sacking.
