        Took my little jack Russell here last week to get his nails clipped. Staff and service was amazing.

        Took our beagle for a bath nail and ear clean. Admittedly were early so understandably asked to come back. When returned 15 mins later was asked to pay full price and questioned why I would want refund which in fact was the deposit. When picked beagle up she hadnt been washed properly and what took an hour the first time we bought and were impressed with was rushed through in half an hour and obviously partially done. Her ears especially were still dirty.
