        Had several sessions with chirstopher after being recorded by a friend who is also a regular and impressed customer of Christopher's and I must say I'm impressed. I've always been body shamed with my weight but with Christopher I feel genuinely like an athlete. He treats everyone equally and you will not find a better pt for results. Good price too.

        Amazing PT, always felt that needed push but never felt like i was being pushed beyond my limit, care was taken not only with my physical but mental welbeing also. I made great progress while I was working with Chris & would recommend him to all that I know. After Covids stress eating, I'm looking at coming back to him for a refresher myself to help kick start my journey again.
