        Lovely light premises. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was seen for a special examination by SHEEMA RAVAT. she was brilliant and very thorough!! Her manner was professional but also friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. Well done !!

        All 3 staff were interested, efficient and clearly cared about the experience I was having. The process of frame selection was most enjoyable, indeed hilarious, and guided with obvious knowledge of the products. She definitely tuned into my needs. The examinations and eye test were done in a way which showed me that I wasn't just another customer. I received clear feedback and also cogent answers to my questions. Thank you all.
