Update Jan 2023: Faye also helped me with Re-mortgaging my property after my fixed rate was coming to an end and the soaring interest rates were on the horizon. Faye was fantastic. We had a long drawn out process of buying a house due to the vendors changing their minds a few times, it meant we needed to redo our application several times. Each time Faye was immediately in hand to help review figures, give guidance, listen to us moan, but ultimately get us the mortgage we need in a quick and efficient manner. Faye has been amazing from start to finish! She was so helpful, understanding and clear as we are first time buyers and had no clue. It was not always easy due to some of our circumstances but Faye always went above and beyond to get us our mortgage for our first home.
