I thought getting a mortgage was supposed to be hard work and as a first time buyer I really was not looking forward to it, but Jack made the whole process so easy and explained everything to us so well, I could not be happier with the service we received. Jack was very responsive throughout and managed to get our mortgage sorted so quickly and easily, which has been a miracle in the current climate! My boyfriend and I are very pleased with the mortgage we have, thank you so much Jack! :D (Update Nov 22) - we had to remortgage just as interest rates were about to rocket, but Jack worked on a bank holiday to organise our new mortgage before the rates went up, we are extremely happy he really saved our bacon!

Sams one of the best mortgage advisors Ive come across. Hes done our mortgage twice now and each time gives us as many options and information as possible so that we can make the best decision.
