Folkestone Boot Camps

This has been a brilliant experience - a boot camp run by a real expert in a great location. Its not macho or competitive, just Andy with his great mixture of support and challenge, helping you to do the best you can. In six weeks Ive lost half a stone, and can get into clothes Id given up on. Its a really friendly group to train with, and you can work at whatever pace and level you can manage. You can do a free trial to see what its like, so theres nothing to lose.

I joined AK Health & Fitness/Folkestone Boot Camps in September 2022, hoping to shift some post-baby weight and to improve my physical and mental health. The early start is perfect for my daily routine, its a great way to get active and motivated in the morning before nursery drop-off. I feel firmer and healthier with increased energy to chase my toddler. Plus, I have lost weight without maintaining a strict diet. Would recommend for all fitness levels and there is a real sense of camaraderie and encouragement that comes from being part of Andy Kings team.

Very motivating boot camps, always friendly and adapts to your capabilities. You will see results. Offers fab diet plans, home workout clips, and daily messages to keep you on track. Definitely recommend. (I lost 9lbs in six weeks)

Ive recently started the bootcamp and Im absolutely loving it! Andy is very motivational and the sessions are varied to keep it interesting. Already feeling the benefits!
