Fresh Start in Education

I have recently joined the fresh start team and I can honestly say from the initial contact I had with the recruitment team all the way through to now being placed with students as an Staff Education Specialist I have felt valued, respected and supported more than in any other remote role. Despite being so far from the 'office', the team works hard to ensure someone is always there to provide support, advice or even just a listening ear. I love what I do on a day to day basis, and the trust and confidence management have in myself and their staff inspires me to go out and make a difference every single day. I can do nothing but sing their praises; high level CPD for staff, bespoke learning for students & approachable staff team! Great Company!

Fresh Start in Education is such an amazing place to work! Great people with values that perfectly align with my own, both personally and professionally. They are extremely supportive, allowing me the freedom to be creative and therefore fully utilise my skills to meet the needs of the young people I work with. The company offer plenty of professional development opportunities, and the support for 'off site' staff is unrivalled. I can't recommend them enough!
