My VA and I had a brainstorming session with Tony at Dzines and it was probably the most productive 2 hours we've spend this year. Dzines Digital has, and continues to, help me take my business to the next level. I have run my business, Store 22, successfully through Facebook for 4 years.. however at times it has been vulnerable due to the nature of Facebook. Therefore I knew I needed some security away from social media. I had set up a basic website on my own, but to progress further I knew I needed professional help. I reached out to Tony, who spent a lot of time understanding my business and what I needed from a new website. He never made me feel like a nuisance, even when I had a never ending list of questions. He designed a fresh, easy to use website for me, with all the tech behind the scenes for us to use easily. My business is now much more robust- this is a word Tony used when we first spoke, which has stuck with me. I knew from that point he understood exactly what I was looking for. My website is now very professional, with a professional logo; which all helps to build trust with new potential customers. We have been able to use this logo and brand clothing, pens, business cards etc. It bring a great sense of pride which also helps to grow a business. Tony has great resources and recommended a sign designer which he collaborated with to make my shop sign. Working with the Dzines team was a great experience from our beginning meeting as a discovery session to work out what I really wanted to get from my new website, Working with them to realise the key elements and how we can put this across to clients visit going my website.
