Nothing against this store at all or the staff, very helpful and pleasant. Which leaves me only to describe the appalling customer service received from the head office or so called management, having returned some white gold earings which had only been worn twice as they were not fit for purpose and appalling quality, they were sent to head office to be looked at, wasnt after a refund but only a repair or replacement earings which as a paying customer is only right you would think. Never received and email at all about the earings or any information at all but just a text message to they were ready to pick up. On arrival i was informed it was the customers fault and no repair or replacement had taken place or was offered at all. Disgusted and appalled by a complete lack of service and also the common decency to inform me at all about the outcome and as the staff said they just pass the buck back to the poor staff to deal with. Avoid fhinds at all costs the are horrific.

They tryed to charge me 39 to put a battery in because the woman could not open hat to be sent off . strange as I went to another jewellery shop done it no problem 10 disgusting rip off shop be careful it's happened before this is why I went somewhere else to see if they are conning me I was right
