        I bought a beautiful sustainably made toy treehouse from Moo Like a Monkey 2 weeks ago but instead of being charged for a half set I unknowingly paid for a full set by mistake. However, bearly an hour later I was fully refunded and not even charged for the half set!! Incredible. I really appreciate this honesty and the generosity. Any toy purchases I need to make in the future, I'll be sure to check with them first! Thank you for the service!

        Hard not to buy everything in there! You will easily find a gift for your/ a little one in this lovely shop. Lovely, and also plenty of quirky items available. Also the gift wrapping is the nicest Ive seen! Staff were very friendly too!

        Been using this shop occasionally for a few years now. Wonderful owners and shop is run incredibly well. Bought a few bundles they recently sold live on Facebook and so happy with them. Will carry on returning for a long time.

        Wonderful shop! The friendliest staff that provide outstanding customer service. Hand delivered parcels to me during the pandemic. Even the gift wrapping service and beautiful ribbons alone are worth shopping here. One of my favourite shops not only in Folkestone but also online
