I live in Manchester so wasn't able to visit the shop but was able to look at there stock via the well structured website. Paola was super helpful, quick to reply to my questions and kept me updated re posting my item which was sent via Royal Mail next day before 1pm. Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend!

Excellent service. Paola responded very promptly to my query about delivery. The item arrived the very next day and was well packaged. I am delighted with the Victorian Thumb Plane, it is a charming object. As it is a Christmas gift for my husband I cant give his thoughts but Im sure he will love it. What fantastic service. I made an enquiry from Australia which could easily have been dismissed. From my first enquiry Paola was helpful and prompt to reply. They were very clear on what I was buying and it arrived exactly as described. They explored other freight options to look for value and packed it carefully to ensure no damage.
