        My heating had packed up. I messaged Mayday on Friday evening, expecting to have to wait until the following week for a slot to get it fixed. WRONG! Rod slotted me in the next day, yes a Saturday! and by lunchtime all was warm and well. He even fixed my radiator valves that had caused me issues. We hadn't discussed a price and when the invoice came through, it was fair. No complaints here and I will definitely use him again. Oh and I didn't need to take time off work, which would have cost me more money.
