We have used Tim Croft twice in the last few years and we can say without a doubt that Tim and his team work to a very high standard to guarantee a perfect result. We were very pleased with the results on both occasions. A special mention to his wife Vicky, who manages the shop in the High Street in Hythe, who has been very helpful and professional in assisting and advising us on the various type of materials, pros and cons, supplying also samples and images to help us to decide. Five stars!!!

Quite honestly the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Gave the impression that they were not remotely interested in my (admittedly rather small) order as it "could not be sourced" which was interesting because I was able to get exactly what I needed (to order) in Remland Folkestone the next day. Remland could not have been more friendly and helpful. I would not bother with this company. Edit: Tim, your poor response to my complaint says it all really. No, I was not offered any "other solutions" at all, except "you will have to try somewhere else, we can't source vinyl". I have no need whatsoever to lie about this Tim, as I have nothing to gain from it. I did not necessarily want something "from the roll" as you put it. I wanted to discuss my options for our en-suite flooring. The vendor I did get help from took the time to discuss different types of flooring e.g. the Karndean tiles we used in the family bathroom vs vinyl, plank vs sheet etc. They also gave me sample books of flooring to take home to see how they looked, so I could get the flooring that worked best for us. That Tim is proper service, as is a reasoned response to a genuine complaint. Your response only proves my point about your company's customer service.
