I have been working with Marti for over 7 years now, and she has made a huge difference to my life. At the risk of making her blush, I would go as far as to say that she has saved my life, as I have had several bad periods where life was no longer worth living and her calm words have brought me back. Self Horizons have been incredibly accommodating and helpful to me and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Carly at self horizons for all the help she has provided me with over the last 5 months, from giving me helpful advice and reassuring me, to just sitting and listening to me talk about my feelings and experiences. Initially I was quite reluctant to getting counselling, but Carly has helped me to believe in myself for the first time in years and now I feel like a different person. I felt as though I could completely open up to Carly as she made me feel that she was not judging me and made me feel like my thoughts and feelings were truly important. Carly has helped me in ways I cannot thank her enough for. To anyone who is struggling, I cannot recommend Self Horizons enough!

A welcoming atmosphere and such helpful people. It felt great to receive counselling and advice that has made an enormous difference. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to share their worries and problems.
