Left me stranded at Medway service yesterday after my car broke down, I was told at first they would be too pricey, then told his trucks too big & then told to try another company, but by the sounds of it their call guy just couldn't be arsed to want to do any work yesterday. I went with another local Folkestone firm in the end, guy arrived when he said he would and was shocked himself at the lack of service this company wanted to provide. Fair to say I won't ever be recommending Thompsons to anyone in the future.
